How to Save Browsing Sessions on Mac and PC

TLDR; Extension for Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Session Buddy

Session Buddy is an extension for Chrome; and since the Microsoft Edge (Chromium based) is now in beta for Mac (and PC) you can use it on both macOS and Windows. If you haven’t tried Edge beta, I’d give a try, personally I see advantages over just plain Chrome. And you can get Session Buddy in the Chrome Web Store. Previously I had been using the feature “Set Aside Tabs” in Edge on PC and loved it. You can set aside one session of tabs at a time, thereby keeping your research/sessions organized by subject.

An added benefit of Session Buddy over “Set Aside Tabs” is that you can name your browsing sessions and make them easier to find.
